"Historias cotidianas"

Desde hace un tiempo me sentía un poco estancado en cuanto a la ilustración digital (también frustrado), sentía que no tenía un estilo propio o técnica de ilustración que me gustara o me hiciera sentir cómodo conmigo mismo.

Me puse a mirar mis fotos del carrete de mi galería cuando me di cuenta que hago muchas fotografías que tienen una historia y sólo en el momento de capturarla queda guardada como un recuerdo, esos recuerdos son los que quise retratar en una representación digital que intensificara cada característica de este pequeño extracto de recuerdo capturado.

Fue cuando se iluminó una ampolleta en mi cabeza y dije "tengo que hacerlo y ya!..."

Comencé a crear un álbum llamado Proyecto Cotidiano, reuniendo todos esos momentos capturados por mí y recordando la historia detrás de esa captura.

Lo que viene después son todas las etapas de boceto y posterior ilustración.

For a while now I felt a bit stuck in terms of digital illustration (also frustrated), I felt that I didn't have my own style or an illustration technique that I liked or made me feel comfortable with myself.

I started looking at my photos from my gallery reel when I realized that I take many photos that have a story and only when captured is it saved as a memory, those memories are what I wanted to portray in a digital representation that would intensify every feature of this little fragment of captured memory.

It was when a light bulb went on in my head and I said "I have to do it and that's it!".

I started creating an album called Everyday Project, bringing together all those moments captured by me and remembering the story behind that capture.

What comes next are all the stages of sketching and subsequent illustration.
