This work was created  for and exhibited at my solo exhibition at the Kunstverein Leverkusen Schloss Mosbroich.
"Crossroad" is an interactive artwork that responds to sound and works much like a digital oracle. Think back to the days when people sought advice from fortune tellers or oracles when faced with significant decisions. Their guidance often sounded like a puzzle you had to solve, sometimes just to justify your own choices. "Crossroad" aims to recreate that experience in a modern way.

In this artwork, when you speak a question into a microphone, it's the main computer (the server) that listens carefully for your voice. When it detects your question, it sends a signal to the other two computers (the clients). These client computers work together with the server to generate and project a meaningful quote on the wall in response. Each of the Raspberry Pis is connected to a projector responsible for displaying the words.

"Crossroad" is like a bridge between the ancient and the post-modern worlds.
