A web Restaurant project by me for a Euro Client. The Team was busy with many projects. So, as a Head of UI/UX, I had to take the entire project to it's completion, from design to development & with constant client presentations. Management is not talking alone and to ask have you done with your task from the junior team members ( is a Childs play ) ? To assist the team when loaded by indulging thy self with design & code is a virtuous act that brings bliss to the team !
