SKYSCRAPERS OF THE CITY
TORRE BBVA BANCOMER
The BBVA Bancomer Tower was inaugurated in February 2016, a building that has since been considered the new urban landmark of Mexico City, as its architecture highlights and frames one of the most important avenues in the country's capital: Paseo of the Reformation. Its design is the product of a winning competition and a collaboration between two international practices: LegoRogers, that is, the joint work between the Mexican firm Legorreta + Legorreta and the British firm Rogers, Stirk, Harbor + Partner. It is the second tallest building in the capital, after the Reforma Tower, with 50 floors and 234 meters high, as well as 188,777 square meters of construction, of which 78,800 square meters are destined to offices.
