A challenge that I had wit the production of this product was choosing a clear depiction of the book without spoiling it for the reader. I had to find something symbolic and very true to the character of Ishmael. To solve this challenge I revisited the novel. In doing so I recalled that Ismael communicated telepathically. I tried focusing more on his eyes which to me spoke measures. This cover says to me what is in his eyes.
