Designing, developing, writing, and launching new webshops for P.W. Akkerman Amsterdam.
P.W. Akkerman Amsterdam has a variety of luxury fountain pens, rollerballs, ballpoints and others. Their assortment consists of over 40 different brands. I have designed new websites for some of these different brands, to improve the (international) sales via the main webshop of P.W. Akkerman Amsterdam. These websites give information about the history and story behind these brands and their products. The customer has the option to buy the products that P.W. Akkerman offers via these different websites as well.
The inspiration for the designs of these websites comes from the different brands/companies. I have adjusted the websites to the look and feel of these brands. After designing the websites, I have actually developed them with HTML and CSS from scratch and I wrote Search Engine Optimized texts so people would find our websites. I have created and used a basic lay-out for these websites because I had to make these in a short amount of time.
