The EP "Sound the Alarm" by Gainesville ska/punk veterans Less Than Jake was designed to give each of the seven tracks their own icon graphic. The die cut cover reveals the song titles corresponding to their icons when the inner sleeve is removed. The visual identity system is carried throughout various supporting elements including merchandise and stage design. A custom blend "Sound the Alarm" coffee by Dark Horse Coffee with branded packaging was sold to promote the album. The album marks the band's 25th year anniversary.

The design was flexible to support a varying track list for vinyl and CD, creating two icon arrangements featured on the covers.
The design system was executed for a range of supporting items including stickers, silk screen posters, pins, limited edition covers, branded coffee, apparel and more.
The branded stage design included a large banner, drums and amp covers.
The design was embraced by Less Than Jake's fans, some tattooed the art on their bodies. One fan recreated the album cover in chalk.
