TOPIC : YOU SHALL ASK WHAT YOU WISH AND IT SHALL BE DONE FOR YOU.

BOOK: THOUGHTS OF TREASURE DAILY DEVOTIONAL.

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.(John 15:7).

This is so powerful and beautiful. Jesus said, If you abide in Me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. Did you notice the Lord did not say you shall ask what I will?, He said, Ask what you Will. That scripture says you shall ask what you will, you shall ask what you wish, whatever you wish for and ask it will be done for you. Hallelujah. That's a special privilege. When you abide in Him and His words abide in you, He gives you a special privilege to ask whatever you will or wish and it will be done for you. Praise the Lord. He has given us a special privilege to make unusual request and He says it shall be done for us. Why?because we are in a covenant relationship with Him. We are in friendship with Him. When you are in friendship with Him, you don't have a problem doing His will because you know the heart beat of the Father, when you are in friendship with Him, you don't have a problem praying but when you are not in friendship with Him, you will have a problem praying and will have difficulty following His voice. When you are not in friendship with Him, you will be wondering if what you are praying for is God's will or not and if He will answer your prayers or not because you are unsure if it's His will or not. You will live as a servant when He is not your friend and what does Jesus say about a servant? He says "And the servant abideth not in the house for ever:but the Son abideth ever."(John 8:35).

Get to know the Lord as a Father and as a friend. That's where the benefit is. If you live as a servant you will not abide in the house forever but a son does. Be an ardent follower of Jesus. Hear what He says in the next verse John 15:8 "Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples". Hallelujah. There are levels of friendship with the Father. If you read the whole of John chapter 15 from verse 1. Jesus told us that He is the true vine, and my Father is the vine dresser. He went on to say, Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit that the Father takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit that the Father prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Hallelujah. When you bear fruits He prunes you to bear more fruits, but He does not want you to stop there. Praise the lord. You move to the highest level with the Father when you bear much friut. Jesus says, This is to my Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. herein is the Father glorified. There are new grounds with the Father. Every child of God must bear fruit. When you lead someone to Christ, you are bearing fruits and when you lead much people to Christ, the Father is glorified in you. Hallelujah.

When you are in friendship with the Father through the Holy Spirit, He helps you to bear much fruit. You will not struggle to pray or to do the things of God. Without Him you can do nothing for Him. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me.(John 15:4). Hallelujah. If you are not in friendship with Him you will struggle with everything, you will find yourself struggling to study the bible, to pray, to talk to someone about Jesus Christ and before long your life will be dry and you will have no sense of urgency to talk to someone about Jesus. Never let that to happen to you. Be on fire for the Master. Be on fire for Jesus. The secret is abiding in Him. You become God's instrument when you are in fellowship with Him. He says, "You are My war-club, My weapon of war; And with you I shatter nations, And with you I destroy kingdoms.(Jeremaih 51:20). Hallelujah. Say this, I am His weapon of war and I am bearing fruits of righteousness. Glory to God.

The glory of God will be so much in you and you will be amazed what the Lord will do through you as you develop a close friendship with Him.

7 THOUGHTS TO PONDER ON.

1. WHEN YOU ARE IN FRIENDSHIP WITH HIM, HE GIVES YOU A SPECIAL PRIVILEGE TO ASK WHATEVER YOU WISH AND IT SHALL BE DONE FOR YOU.(John 15:7).

2. HE HAS GIVEN US THE PRIVILEGE TO ASK WHAT WE WILL. WE ARE SONS IN THE HOUSE AND NOT SERVANTS. WE ABIDE IN HIM.(John 15:7, John 8:35).

3. THE FATHER IS GLORIFIED IN US WHEN WE BEAR MUCH FRUITS.(John 15:8).

4. WE HAVE BEEN CALLED TO BE  FRUITFUL AND PRODUCTIVE. EVERY CHILD OF GOD MUST BEAR FRUIT. WHEN YOU LEAD SOMEONE TO CHRIST YOU ARE BEARING FRUIT AND YOU LEAD MUCH PEOPLE TO CHRIST, THE FATHER IS GLORIFIED IN YOU.(John 15:2, John 15:8).

5. WHEN YOU ARE IN FRIENDSHIP WITH THE FATHER THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT, HE HELPS YOU TO BE BEAR MUCH FRUIT AND YOU BECOME PRODUCTIVE IN EVERYTHING.(John 15:4).

6. IF YOU ARE NOT IN FRIENDSHIP WITH HIM, YOU WOULD STRUGGLE TO STUDY THE BIBLE, TO PRAY, TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT JESUS AND YOU WILL LOOSE CONNECTION WITH HIM.(John 15:1-4).

7. BE ON FIRE FOR THE MASTER. YOU ARE HIS WEAPON OF WAR AND HIS VOICE TO YOUR WORLD. LET HIM TALK AND WALK THROUGH YOU.(Jeremaih 51:20).

AFFIRMATION.

I am fruitful and productive. I am a close follower of Jesus christ, bearingfruits , more fruits and bearing much fruits. Hallelujah. The father is glorified in me.

FURTHER QUOTES.
