Some acts of human beings towardsnature are destructive, some boost creativity using the natural environment. “Wycinanki” are the art of Polish paper cuts that come from places where nature and human beings are closely intertwined, such as villages. This form of Folk Art was chosen as a fundamental concept for the basic brand identity of National Parks of Poland. Firstly, because of its powerful narrative features. Secondly, Polish paper cuts are commonly considered by people in all country as one of the main symbols of Polish tradition.
The concept can be described as the paper cut story, a narrative of the Polish National Parks. Each of the sub-identities of “Polskie Parki Narodowe” tries to tell the most distinctive things about their existence, about places that can be visited, taken care of and admired. The leadingidentity connects all the stories together and represents them.
