As Washington DC is an ever-growing, always developing city, which means housing is always expanding as well. At HZDG, I worked on a lot of real estate branding. I served as a lead designer on 10101, a community in Bethesda, MD. 10101 was open to a lot of my creative ideas, and here are just a few for you to enjoy.

I had fun styling this flyer and door hang tag to look like screen printed art.

I created a series of button designs for one of many campaigns to convey the wonderful community that 10101 is. Pictured above is a brochure.
