LAURA CANABRAVA - AIYE
Visual Identity
Packaging
The album AIYE suggests a new view and musical perspective about humanity through the celestial world of the orixás and the strength and energy that human beings can derive from them. Mixing afro-brazilian rhythms with other musical influences, like jazz and pop, the Project proposes a relation between tradition and contemporaneity, the new and the ancestral, spirit and matter - the constant possibility of creation.
With striking visual elements, the Project has a radiating and eccentric movement and represents a leap for the beyond the limit, the dispersion of force around itself. The predominant yellow color is essentially material and terrestrial, a fascinating and extravagant color, an explosion of energy.
Each music from the album represents a different Orixá and each Orixá represents a certain aspect of nature, both inside and outside the religious context.
